Frequently
asked
questions
Why do you include 30 nails instead of 24 or 15?
Because 24 nails in 12 sizes means most people end up with at least 1–2 nails that
don’t quite fit. Our 30-nail set includes 15 sizes (2 of each) so every finger
gets a precise fit. No guessing, no gaps, no lifting
How is Chinchoo different from other brands?
“Three things: (1) We use soft gel, not ABS plastic — it looks and feels like a
professional gel extension. (2) We include 30 nails, not 24 — every finger gets
a perfect fit. (3) Our designs are inspired by the latest Korean nail trends,
brought to India first.”
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Due to Hygiene issue, the product can not be returned. If there is any issue with the product, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Will press-on nails damage my natural nails?
Not when removed properly. Soft gel is gentler on natural nails than acrylic or hard gel extensions. Follow our removal guide and your nails will be perfectly healthy.
Can I reuse my Chinchoo set?
Yes! With proper removal and storage, each set can be reused 3–5 times. We include storage instructions with every order
What are Chinchoo nails made of?
All Chinchoo nails are made with soft gel — the same flexible, translucent material
used in Korean nail salons. Unlike the rigid ABS plastic most press-on brands use, soft gel flexes with your natural nail, looks translucent and natural, and lasts 10–14 days.
How to remove the press on nails?
Add a few drops of the included Chinchoo Nail Removal Solution in warm water and soak your nails for a few minutes. Once the adhesive softens, gently lift the press-on with the included cuticle stick.
Do not force or peel off the nails, as this may damage your natural nails.
