  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During peak seasons, promotional events, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing tracking information, where applicable.


2. Shipping Coverage

Chinchoo currently ships across India.

For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support team before placing an order.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Other Cities & Towns 5–10 Business Days
Remote Areas 7–14 Business Days

Please note that these are estimated delivery timelines and may vary based on courier operations and local conditions.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Chinchoo may offer:

  • Free shipping on selected products or orders above a specified value.
  • Promotional shipping offers during special campaigns.

Such offers are subject to change without prior notice.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive:

  • A shipment confirmation email, and/or
  • A tracking number provided by our shipping partner.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after shipment creation to appear in the courier's system.


6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Customs or regulatory inspections
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Chinchoo shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If incorrect information is provided:

  • Delivery delays may occur.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require payment of re-shipping fees.

Chinchoo is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate customer information.


8. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • The recipient is unavailable,
  • The address is incorrect,
  • The package is refused,

the shipment may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching returned orders.


9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take photographs of the package immediately.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Provide your order number and supporting photos.

We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


10. Lost Shipments

If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period or indicates a lost package:

  • Contact our customer support team.
  • We will investigate the matter with the courier partner.

Replacement or refund decisions will be made after the courier investigation is completed.


11. Partial Deliveries

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately due to inventory availability.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless otherwise stated.


12. International Orders (If Applicable)

For international shipments:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges imposed by their country.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance procedures.
